Katrina Freeman is a follower of Christ, a devoted wife and mother, a community advocate, and the Founder and Principal Consultant of Anchored Solutions Consulting.
Her journey into organizational consulting began on the ground — as a Community Health Worker in Bexar County, where she witnessed firsthand what happens when the people doing meaningful work don't have the systems to sustain it. That experience never left her. Over the next decade, she built a career at the intersection of community impact and operational excellence, leading large-scale public health initiatives, coordinating crisis response across 74 counties, and assessing the operational health of more than 200 community-based organizations across South Texas. Her project experience extends to corporate social responsibility initiatives and national philanthropic investments, working alongside organizations at the forefront of social impact across the country.
Her commitment to faith-based communities runs just as deep. Katrina has served in church leadership as a women's ministry Bible teacher and Communications Administration Director — giving her a firsthand understanding of the unique operational challenges faith-based organizations face from the inside.
Holding a Master of Public Health (MPH), an Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Katrina brings senior-level operational expertise to the organizations that need it most — without the full-time executive price tag. She founded Anchored Solutions Consulting because she saw too many churches, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations with a clear calling and broken systems. Her work is her answer to that gap.
