Katrina Freeman is a follower of Christ, wife, mother, strategist, and the Founder and Principal Consultant of Anchored Solutions Consulting.
With experience across church leadership, nonprofit service, public health, corporate strategy, and community-centered operations, Katrina brings a rare blend of spiritual sensitivity, strategic clarity, and operational expertise to the organizations she serves.
Her journey began as a Community Health Worker in Bexar County, where she saw the cost of meaningful work being carried without the systems needed to sustain it. Since then, she has led large-scale public health initiatives, supported crisis response across 74 counties, assessed the operational health of more than 200 community-based organizations, and partnered with mission-driven leaders across nonprofit, philanthropic, corporate, and faith-based spaces.
But her work is also deeply personal. Katrina knows what it feels like to be hurt by people you love, mistreated in places that were supposed to provide covering, and left carrying pain that felt impossible to heal. Through the redemptive hand of God, what once felt like a wound became part of her purpose.
She founded Anchored Solutions Consulting because she saw too many churches, nonprofits, and ministries with clear calling but broken systems. Her work helps leaders bring clarity, structure, and sustainability to the mission they have been entrusted to carry.
Katrina believes calling deserves clarity, people deserve care, and purpose should be supported by systems that can sustain it.
